About the Job

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer & Consultant to join Mavence's growing enterprise Salesforce practice. In this role, you'll shape and deliver Salesforce solutions for complex organizations, turning business needs into scalable, well-built platforms.

This is a senior individual contributor role that combines technical architecture, hands-on development, functional consulting and delivery leadership. You'll influence solution architecture and guide delivery teams while staying close to the code. You'll write Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), configure the platform and review your team's work.

You'll work in complex enterprise environments that involve assets and equipment, regulated operations, supply chains, and dealer or distributor networks. Many of these projects connect Salesforce to SAP and other ERP or manufacturing execution system (MES) platforms. You'll partner directly with client stakeholders throughout each engagement.

You'll own the solution lifecycle from discovery and blueprinting through configuration, development, integrations,

testing, go-live and stabilization. You'll be responsible for the quality of what gets delivered.
