About Ember HeritageEmber Heritage helps individuals and families put their wishes in writing by making the process of arranging a Will straightforward, accessible and stress-free.

We are looking for a confident, friendly and organised Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for contacting people who have already expressed an interest in our services, speaking with potential customers, following our established call structure and booking appointments for our team.

This is a fully remote position, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, working towards targets and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Calling warm and hot leads: Contact individuals who have expressed an interest in our services and follow up promptly.
- Following the dialling structure: Work through our established dialling process to ensure leads are contacted consistently and efficiently.
- Following the company script: Use the provided script word for word, delivering it naturally and conversationally while maintaining accuracy and consistency.
- Booking appointments: Schedule appointments for interested customers, ensuring all relevant details are recorded correctly.
- Taking prepayments over the phone: Process customer prepayments securely and accurately, following company procedures.
- Managing lead records: Update the CRM or relevant systems with call outcomes, customer details, follow-up requirements and appointment information.
- Following up with leads: Recontact customers when required and ensure no opportunities are missed.
- Delivering excellent customer service: Build rapport, answer basic questions within the scope of your role and represent Ember Heritage professionally.
- Working towards targets: Meet agreed daily and weekly targets for calls, contact rates,



appointments booked and prepayments collected.

What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable speaking to people over the telephone.
- Friendly, approachable and able to build rapport quickly.
- A clear communicator who speaks naturally rather than sounding overly scripted or salesy.
- Organised, reliable and able to manage their time effectively.
- Comfortable following a structured process and using a script accurately.
- Target-driven, motivated and keen to contribute to a growing business.
- Able to work independently and remain productive in a fully remote environment.
- Professional when handling customer information and payment details.
- Comfortable using a computer, CRM systems and online booking tools.

Previous experience in appointment setting, outbound calling, lead generation, telesales or customer service would be beneficial, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are equally important. What We Offer
