The role

We are looking for a warm and committed Early Years Teacher to join our Foundation Stage team from January 2027. You will lead our Pre-Reception class, delivering the EYFS curriculum in a safe, nurturing environment where every child can flourish.

Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver a play-based EYFS curriculum across all seven areas of learning
- Develop early phonics, language and communication skills
- Create engaging continuous provision, indoors and outdoors
- Act as key person, supporting children's wellbeing and personal development
- Observe, assess and track progress, and report to parents
- Work closely with teaching assistants and the Early Years team
- Support children with EAL and SEND
- Uphold the school's Christian ethos and values

Qualifications

- QTS, EYTS, PGCE or equivalent in Early Years or Primary Education
- Experience teaching EYFS, ideally in a British or international school
- Native or near-native English
- A caring, creative and patient approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and child wellbeing
- Support for our Christian ethos
- Spanish is an advantage
