About INFINNI

INFINNI is the infrastructure behind the creator economy. We're already the leading CRM in our category, with thousands of creators and creator businesses running their operations on our platform. Now we're building the next layer of products, AI-powered tools, big-data and infrastructure purpose-built for creators.

We're a global team of 180+ builders at the rare inflection point where a category leader becomes a category-defining platform. The decisions we make in the next 18 months will shape an industry.

The Role

We’re looking for a Forward Deployed Engineer who enjoys building practical technical solutions for real-world problems.

You’ll work across different client environments, connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems to build automations and AI-powered workflows. You’ll need to quickly understand how a customer operates, identify where technology can make the biggest impact, and then build and deploy the solution.

This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on integrations, automation, and AI. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, moves quickly, and is comfortable working across multiple projects and technical environments.

You’ll be responsible for:

Integrations & Automation:

- Design, build, and maintain automations connecting APIs, databases, SaaS tools, and internal systems.
- Build custom integrations, scripts, webhooks, and lightweight services when no-code or low-code tools aren't enough.
- Work with platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier and know when to use them versus writing custom code.
- Manage multiple client environments and configurations while keeping solutions reliable, documented, and maintainable.

AI & Agents:

- Build and deploy AI agents and LLM-powered workflows using tools such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar APIs.
- Work with prompting, tool/function calling, retrieval, structured outputs,

and agent workflows.
- Identify practical opportunities to use AI to automate repetitive or operationally complex tasks.
- Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI and automation landscape.

Client Solutions:

- Quickly understand new client environments, technical stacks, and workflows.
- Work directly with non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Identify high-impact automation opportunities and turn them into reliable production systems.
- Monitor, debug, and improve solutions in production, handling errors, rate limits, retries, and edge cases.

Ideally, you’ll have:

- 3–5 years of hands-on software development experience, with a strong focus on integrations, automation, or similar work.
- Experience working across multiple clients or projects simultaneously, ideally in an agency, consultancy, or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Strong backend development skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or a similar language, with enough front-end knowledge to work across the stack when needed.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth, API keys), and data transformation.
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and AI agents.
- Experience with automation and integration platforms such as n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
- A self-directed, ownership-driven approach. You can enter an unfamiliar environment and figure things out quickly.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

- Experience in a software development agency, consultancy, or other multi-client environment.
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks.
- Familiarity with deployment platforms such as Railway, as well as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience with serverless functions and Docker.
- Experience integrating CRMs, messaging platforms, analytics tools, or other business SaaS APIs.
- Experience with logging, monitoring, and alerting for automated systems.
- A GitHub, portfolio, or examples of automations, integrations, or AI agents you’ve built.

Who thrives here

- You enjoy variety and switching between different technical environments.
- You move quickly while still caring about reliability and maintainability.
- You’re pragmatic and choose the simplest solution that works.
- You’re curious about AI and excited about what agents can automate.
- You take ownership and don’t need everything mapped out before you start.
- You document your work so other people can understand and build on it.

What’s in it for you

- Competitive Salary: Attractive compensation package based on experience and skills. If you are moving to Spain for the first time, you may also benefit from the Beckham Law tax regime.
- International Exposure: Travel to global industry events and build relationships across different markets.
- Professional Growth: Opportunities to grow your career in a fast-moving technology company.
- Real Ownership: Take ownership of strategic customer relationships and commercial growth.
- Collaborative Team: Work with experienced teams across Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Sales.
- Inclusive Culture: Join a integral team building the infrastructure for the creator economy.
