JOB MISSION The mission of the position is to manage and execute key Human Resources processes, ensuring their effective implementation and contributing to a positive employee experience. The role will be involved across the different activities, initiatives and projects within the HR function, collaborating with employees, managers and the HR team, while contributing to the continuous improvement of HR processes and the achievement of the department’s objectives.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, external workers and interns, ensuring the proper execution of the different stages in coordination with the relevant departments.
- Organization & Structure: Manage and maintain the Company’s organizational structure, including the design and updating of organizational charts and Job Descriptions, as well as the creation, modification and monitoring of positions and organizational changes, ensuring consistency of this information across systems and databases.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, providing support and guidance in coordination with the HRBP.
- Policies, Processes & Projects: Participate in the development, adaptation and implementation of HR policies, processes and projects,
contributing to their execution, communication, monitoring and continuous improvement.
- Recruitment: Collaborate in recruitment processes, working with Hiring Managers to define recruitment needs and required profiles, as well as supporting the Recruiter throughout the different stages of the process (application review and screening, interview coordination and participation,etc.).
- HR Analytics: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in corporate systems, ensuring data quality, and prepare reports and analyses on key HR KPIs.
- Time & Attendance: Manage the time and attendance system, supporting the resolution of incidents and ensuring that information is properly updated.
- Provide support in other HR processes and initiatives as required, including Compensation & Benefits, Labor Relations, Training, and Performance & Development.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
- Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar positions performing the responsibilities and tasks described above, particularly within multinational companies and international environments.
- Languages: Spanish (native), English (advanced, at least C1).
- Technical Knowledge: MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel), Power BI or other data analytics tools, and experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle or similar).
- Skills and Competencies: Communication skills, problem-solving, autonomy,confidentiality, planning and organizational skills, analytical skills, teamwork and decision-making.
