Role Description The Marketing Intern role at Astrea is a full-time remote position focused on supporting day-to-day marketing activities.

Responsibilities include assisting with market research, gathering and analyzing customer and competitor data, and helping develop marketing strategies and campaign concepts. The intern will support basic sales and outreach initiatives, collaborate with team members to improve customer communications, and help prepare marketing materials, presentations, and reports.



The role also involves monitoring campaign performance, contributing ideas to enhance customer engagement, and participating in virtual team meetings to align on marketing goals and priorities.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external audiences.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze findings to support marketing decisions.
- Interest or foundational experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales to assist with campaigns and outreach.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a remote work environment.
