The project focuses on fungal biotechnology, UV-induced adaptation, solid-state fermentation and fungal biomaterials.
The successful candidate will study UV-CELIUM, investigate molecular responses and transcriptomics in edible xghoner filamentous fungi, and collaborate with facilities across the university to advance sustainable biomass
