Main responsibilities
Material Flow Administration
- Reception of trucks at the weighbridge
- Control of tickets and documentation
- Monitor material stocks and movements
Purchasing & Supplier Administration
- Act as the administrative link with suppliers
- Ensure good communication and alignment with suppliers
- Support payment flows
- Potential commercial prospecting
Sales & Customer Administration
- Act as the administrative link with customers
- Ensure good communication and alignment with customers
- Support payment flows
- Potential commercial prospecting
Operational Support
- Share best practices and support process improvements related to Health & Safety
- Ensure required documentation is available and properly completed
- Support the site in monitoring regulatory and administrative requirements related to material flows
- Escalate discrepancies related to weights, quality, prices, stocks or transportation
Reporting & Data Management
- Support site reporting, including tonnages, prices, stocks, margins and transportation
Skills & Experience
- Good command of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable using software, especially ERP systems
- Knowledge of the recycling business is a plus
