About the role:
TheHead of Data AI Products is responsible for defining and executing the enterprise data, analytics, and artificial intelligence strategy across International Health markets.

This role provides leadership for Data Product Ownership, Data Engineering, Data-related AI enablement, operational support models, and organizational capability development. The position serves as the key liaison between business leaders, CIOs, and regional stakeholders to ensure data and AI capabilities drive measurable business value while maintaining operational excellence.

The role leads a globally distributed team and is accountable for establishing a scalable operating model, driving data product ownership maturity, ensuring clear lifecycle ownership, and overseeing financial performance across the Data AI portfolio.
