Key Responsibilities
- Provide SAP SD consulting across order-to-cash, order management, invoicing and pricing processes.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, coordinate with teams and drive issue closure.
- Debug problems using ABAP knowledge and implement minor enhancements.
- Support Smart Forms and Adobe Forms requirements.
- Work on CCS Contract Management processes.
- Collaborate in Agile delivery teams.
- Support S/4HANA and limited SAP R/3 environments.

Mandatory Skills
- 5+ years SAP SD consulting experience.
- Expertise in sales orders, invoicing, pricing and configuration.
- ABAP debugging and minor development capabilities.
- Smart Forms and Adobe Forms experience.
- Incident management and issue analysis experience.
- CCS Contract Management knowledge.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Experience in large organizations.

Preferred Skills
- Agile methodology experience.
- Knowledge of Jira, ServiceNow and SAP ChaRM.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA programs.
