Funciones

TECHNICAL SERVICE – 80%
- Install and set up scientific and industrial equipment at customer sites.
- Carry out equipment calibration, testing, certification, and preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Diagnose technical issues and repair equipment, either on-site or in the laboratory.
- On-site technical support to customers.
- Manage technical issues from initial diagnosis through to resolution.
- Prepare clear and accurate service reports and technical documentation.
APPLICATIONS SUPPORT – 20%
- Demonstrate equipment and its capabilities to customers.




- Carry out feasibility tests to assess whether our solutions meet specific customer requirements.
- Support customers with testing and application-related requirements.
- Review and help interpret experimental and test results.
- Deliver technical and product training to customers and end users.
Requisitos

EDUCATION
A degree in Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or another relevant scientific or technical field.
EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in technical service, field service, technical support, scientific or laboratory equipment, industrial technology, or precision measurement systems.
ENGLISH
A high level of spoken and written English is essential. You will regularly communicate with international manufacturers and technical teams, attend training sessions, and work with technical documentation in English.
