2.1 million hospitality professionals. A self-service checkout that went live in August and is already selling. We're looking for the person who turns self-service into the way hospitality hires, with AI doing the work of a team.

The opportunity

The company is buildsing the talent marketplace for hospitality: 2.1 million registered professionals, a network of about 400 hotel schools, and employers from independent restaurants to international hotel groups. Alongside the marketplace we build AI hiring software whose pre-screening ranks every applicant in the employer's own tone of voice.

For fifteen years, there was no way for employers to buy on their own. Since mid-August 2026 they can: at our online checkout an employer buys a job slot or a monthly subscription and goes live without speaking to anyone. With no paid marketing behind it, employers are already finding us and buying.





Because our sales and job distribution are now fully digital, an employer anywhere can buy from us online. We have a clear go-to-market plan, and geography is no longer a constraint, which makes self-service one of the biggest growth levers in the company.
Your job is to turn that organic start into exponential growth.

Self-service reaches the long tail no sales team can reach economically: the independent restaurant, the boutique hotel, the bar that needs a chef this week. You own this line end to end, with a budget, our in-house tech team behind you and direct access to the CEO.

What you will own

Self-service revenue for marketplace job slots and subscriptions, and for our AI hiring software, from first visit to
renewal.
- Decisions from data.
You implement analytics across the platform, draw conclusions from what employers actually do, and remove friction step by step to lift conversion and adoption
