We're an established U.S. technology company with a strong reputation in the American printing industry. We're now launching a new outbound calling service for our clients and building a dedicated team in Spain to deliver it.
You'll be part of a new dedicated team that makes outbound calls on behalf of the printing companies that hire our service. You'll introduce our clients' services to potential customers, qualify interest, and book meetings for their sales teams. You represent the client, so professionalism and polish on the phone matter.
What you'll do day to day:
-Make outbound calls to business owners and managers using targeted lead lists for each client
-Deliver a clear, confident introduction to each client's printing services
-Get past gatekeepers and reach the right decision-maker
-Handle objections professionally and book qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams
-Adapt your pitch to different clients and the businesses they serve
-Log every call, note, and follow-up in our CRM
-Hit daily activity and weekly meeting targets




-Share prospect feedback with the team to sharpen our approach
What we need from you:
-Native or near-native English (C2). You'll speak with U.S., UK, and European business owners every day
-2+ years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, appointment setting, or customer service calls
-A confident, warm phone presence. You don't rattle easily
-Comfortable representing different brands and switching between client accounts
-Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next call with energy
-Organized and self-driven, able to work independently and remotely
-Basic tech skills: CRM, Google Workspace, or similar
-Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Plus, if you have it:
-Additional working languages: German, French, Italian, Dutch, or others. We sell across the EU, and language access genuinely opens doors
-B2B sales experience, especially with small and mid-sized businesses
-Experience with U.S. or UK clien
