We have got an exciting opportunity for Recruitment Manager -Europe to be part of our team at ECA Group.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student recruitment for the ECA Group to achieve the student recruitment targets for Europe.
- Input into the research, writing and review of country plans, including the annual schedule of recruitment events and agent engagement plans.
- Represent the ECA Group in Europe at international events, recruitment exhibitions, school/university visits, student interviews and other forums to promote leads generation and conversion. This requires significant amounts of international travel.
- Maintain and provide regular/ monthly reports on budgets and expenses.
- Coordinate recruitment activities in a timely manner to ensure recruitment targets are met within allocated budget. Provide regular reports, market intelligence and feedback to manager.
- Assist in the development and ongoing management of relevant marketing collateral and promotional tools, including use of digital marketing.



To develop and deliver presentations about the ECA Group to potential students and influencers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on market specific changes, admissions requirements, and course information across the range of ELICOS, VET, undergraduate, postgraduate courses.
- Be an effective communicator in verbal and written communication, and across all types of media. Ensure all communications effectively represent the ECA Group as well as its partners University’s brand and key messages and directly influence the reputation and positioning of the brand and ultimately the recruitment of students.
- Relationship management – Build and maintain effective working relationships with a range of stakeholders and University partners including but not limited to agent representatives, schools, universities, government and corporate organisations, such as Australian Trade Commission, DFAT, local ministries and sponsoring bodies, particularly those with responsibility for international scholarships
- Demonstrate service excellence in all interactions both internally and externally.
- Actively contribute to a team environment that fosters and develops effective working relationships, working collaboratively with the ECA International Student Recruitment team, showing consideration for colleagues and valuing the contribution of others.
- Provide recruitment and planning support to ECA staff during their visits to the regions, as required.
- Frequent travel is required, as well as a willingness to work adaptable hours to fulfil the various duties of this position.
- Other duties as appropriate to the role.

As the successful candidate you will ideally have:

- Educated to a degree level, or equivalent relevant experience and training.
- Relevant experience working as an in-country representative,



and/or demonstrated knowledge of the international education sector and student recruitment landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to establish and manage network of relationships at all levels with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders, and all concerned with the recruitment and support of students.
- Proven ability to work as a team to deliver professional results and set targets.
- Excellent organisational and negotiation skills, as well as exceptional oral and written communication skills in English, including public speaking skills and ability to produce quality professional written reports.
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and multi-cultural awareness, and ability to coordinate and influence stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel extensively in Europe. Occasional travel to other regions may also be required
- Experience in the development and implementation of international student recruitment strategies and plans.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills and ability to co-ordinate stakeholders. Experience in events management and targeted communications.
- Demonstrated initiative, self-motivation and self-discipline, essential when working independently overseas.
- Ability to speak other relevant languages
