Are you an experienced Contract Management professional looking for an international project where you can take ownership of complex contractual and financial activities?

At NTT DATA, we are looking for a Senior Contract Specialist to join a long-term international project connected to the European energy sector.

You will work in a structured and regulated environment, managing and coordinating contractual activities across several active contracts. The role combines contract management, financial follow-up, reporting and stakeholder coordination, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance and deadlines.

English is the working language, so you will use it daily in meetings, documentation and communication with international stakeholders.

What will you do?

- Manage and monitor several active contracts, ensuring that key milestones, deliverables, deadlines and contractual obligations are properly followed up.
- Prepare and review contractual, financial and supporting documentation throughout the contract lifecycle.
- Support the preparation and implementation of new contracts, amendments, extensions and other contractual changes.
- Analyse financial information, including cash flow, payment forecasts, cost estimates and cost-impact assessments.
- Monitor invoices, payments and contractual financial commitments, identifying discrepancies and following up on their resolution.
- Maintain accurate planning, financial and reporting information across contracts.




- Coordinate contract-related meetings, prepare minutes and ensure effective follow-up of agreed actions.
- Ensure contractual information and documentation are consistent, traceable and audit-ready.
- Coordinate contractual activities and reporting with multiple stakeholders across different teams and countries.
- Identify potential issues, priorities and risks and coordinate the appropriate follow-up with the relevant stakeholders.

What are we looking for?

- University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Auditing, Law, Engineering, Construction or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in contract management, procurement or related contractual functions.
- Proven experience managing contractual and financial information in complex or structured environments.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work confidently with financial data, planning and reporting.
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple contracts and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across different teams.
- Experience in public procurement, public administration,



EU institutions, energy or other regulated environments will be highly valued.
- Fluent written and spoken English is mandatory, as English will be used daily in meetings, documentation and professional communications.
