. To lead this exciting project, we are looking for a:
*Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship Coordinator*

This is more than an academic management role.

It is an opportunity to design meaningful learning experiences, inspire young entrepreneurs, connect with the startup ecosystem and shape a program that prepares students not only to build businesses, but also to become responsible leaders capable of making a positive impact on society.

Your Mission

As the Coordinator of the Bachelor’s in Entrepreneurship, you will play a pivotal role in the development and growth of the program, combining academic leadership, team coaching and student mentoring.

You will:

? Facilitate team learning sessions based on the Team Academy methodology.





? Guide students in the creation and development of entrepreneurial projects and team companies.

? Mentor students in their academic, professional and personal journeys.

? Coordinate faculty members and ensure alignment between courses, projects and learning outcomes.

? Contribute to the continuous improvement and expansion of the program.

? Build strong connections with entrepreneurs, startups, mentors and industry experts.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking an inspiring professional who combines entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for education.

Requirements:

✔ Master’s degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.

✔ Minimum 4 years of professional experience in areas such as:
- Entrepreneurship and startup ecosystems.
- Innovation or business consulting.
- Experiential learning and higher education.
- Team facilitation or coaching.

✔ Proven experience leading or facilitating teams.

✔ Excellent command of Eng
