About Keishal

Keishal is the digital coworker for dental clinics. It runs the non-clinical work that front desks can't keep up with: patient communication, reactivation of inactive patients and business intelligence. It works on top of the practice management software the clinic already uses and on WhatsApp, with no migration.

The role

You'll work directly with the founders, make key technical decisions, set how we build, and own the product's reliability in production. There's a lot of room to grow as the company does.

What you'll own
- The AI agents that interact with patients, the evals that tell us whether a change improves or worsens performance, and measuring what they achieve for clinics.
- Integrations with the clinics' management software, much of which was never designed to be integrated with.
- Reliability, security and data protection in a system that handles health data.
- Raising the bar for the team: code review, architecture and deciding what we prioritize.

What we're looking for
- 4+ years building systems that run in production,

with real ownership of what you shipped.
- Experience integrating with third-party systems, including ones that weren't designed to be integrated with.
- You've shipped AI agents to real users and had to measure and improve their quality.
- You've reviewed other people's code, mentored engineers or set technical direction for a team.
- Fluent English, Catalan and Spanish. Other languages are a plus.
- Immediate start.

Nice to have
- AWS.
- Voice agents.
- Health data or other regulated environments.
- Early-stage startup experience.

What we offer
- Permanent, full-time contract.
- Competitive salary.
- Hybrid work from Barcelona.
- Real technical ownership from day one and a direct line to the founders on product and company decisions.

What matters to us

The work will be demanding. It's also a chance to build something from an early stage and help an entire industry that has barely changed in decades start working
