Customer Care & Solutions Specialist
to join the team

? The Role

You will play a central role in the Customer Care function, taking ownership of customer cases
from the first contact through to resolution
.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing customer and dealer enquiries by phone, email and ticketing systems

• Taking full ownership of cases and ensuring they are followed through to resolution

• Identifying issues, defining next steps and coordinating the appropriate actions

• Providing customers with clear and timely communication throughout the process

• Handling orders, deliveries, invoices, order changes and webshop-related enquiries

• Providing
first-line technical support
on product use,



maintenance and basic troubleshooting

• Assessing whether issues can be resolved remotely or require technical intervention

• Coordinating with service partners and dealers when required

• Supporting internal Sales and other teams with customer and order-related topics

• Working with ERP and ticketing systems and maintaining accurate case documentation

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Customer Care processes and ways of working

? About You

We are looking for someone who is
hands-on, structured and solution-oriented
, and who enjoys combining customer interaction with technical problem-solving.

You have:

✔️ Previous experience in
Customer Service, Customer Care or a similar customer-facing role

✔️ A practical technical understanding, ideally within a
mechanical, industrial or basic electrical environment

✔️ The ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously in a struc
