About the Opportunity

We are seeking experienced
Senior Software Engineers
to support a project focused on evaluating and improving next-generation AI systems. You’ll apply your expertise in software engineering to assess AI-generated code and solve challenging real-world engineering problems.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate
AI-generated code
for correctness, quality, and design.
- Create challenging
coding problems, reference solutions, and test cases
.
- Review AI reasoning related to
architecture, debugging, and system design
.
- Provide detailed technical feedback to improve model performance.

Required Qualifications
- At least
1 year of software engineering experience
at a top technology company, including some experience within the past 7 years.
- Strong knowledge of
system design, software architecture, algorithms,



and data structures
.
- Strong
code review and debugging
skills.
- Ability to clearly explain technical decisions in writing.
- Based in an
English-speaking country
.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating complex software systems or AI-generated code.
- Strong background in
software architecture and system design
.
- Experience creating technical problems, solutions, and testing strategies.

Compensation
- Competitive compensation of $245–$280/hour.
- Independent contractor engagement.
- Approximately
100 positions available.
