About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Revenue Management to join one of the leading 4* hotels in Madrid. This key position will be responsible for maximizing the hotel's total revenue and profitability,
with a strong strategic focus on the MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) segment
, through the implementation of pricing strategies, inventory management, and distribution optimization.

The adecuado candidate will be a proactive leader with a deep understanding of the hotel market, industry trends, and Revenue Management tools. They must be able to analyze complex data, identify growth opportunities, and make data-driven decisions to exceed financial goals across both transient and group/event business.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Revenue Management strategies to maximize the hotel's revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and demand behavior to adjust pricing and availability strategies.




- Manage and optimize distribution channels, including GDS, OTAs, the hotel website, and direct sales.
- Lead demand forecasting and revenue budgeting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate goals.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective promotions and packages.
- Monitor and analyze hotel performance, identifying areas of opportunity and risk.
- Participate in Revenue Management strategy meetings and present performance reports to management.
- Ensure the proper configuration and optimization of Revenue Management Systems (RMS).
- Train and develop the Revenue Management team, fostering a culture of analysis and continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in hotel Revenue Management.

Qualifications
- University degree in Hotel Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
