Founded in 2006, AVS Added Value Solutions is a leading high-tech engineering company with 20 years of experience delivering complex, pivotal projects across Fusion Energy, Scientific Innovation, Particle Accelerators, and Space.

Our track record includes three proprietary LUR-family satellites currently in orbit, which have successfully demonstrated the maturity of our platform architecture, subsystems, and LEO operations. Building on this flight heritage, we leverage our modular LUR-100 platform to support demanding institutional missions, including the ESA ARRAKIHS project and the development of the Canary Islands Satellite Constellation (Constelación Canaria).

To drive these ambitious initiatives forward, we are currently scaling our Space Division to advance our SmallSat technical leadership and integration capabilities.

About the Role

As the AIT Lead Engineer, you will serve as the technical authority and hands-on lead for all Assembly, Integration, Testing, and Verification (AIT&V;) activities across our spacecraft missions.



Reporting to project and engineering leadership, you will define the overall AIT technical philosophy, model flow, and verification approach. You will prepare and review AIT related documentation, lead and supervise cleanroom integration and testing activities, troubleshoot complex technical anomalies, define Ground Support Equipment (GSE) architecture, and supervise major environmental test campaigns (TVAC, Vibration, EMC) to ensure our SmallSat missions achieve complete flight readiness.

- Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical lead for all AIT activities across spacecraft assembly, integration, and testing phases.
- AIT & Model Philosophy: Define the overall technical AIT philosophy, model philosophy, AIT activities flow, and overall verification approach for spacecraft and payload projects.
