Key Responsibilities

1. Account Management
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts across Spain.
- Build strong and long-term relationships with key decision-makers, buyers, packaging developers, procurement teams, and senior management.
- Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews.
- Understand customer strategies, market trends, and future requirements.
- Develop account plans and growth strategies for key customers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively resolve issues.
- Ensure retention and expansion of existing business.

2. New Business Development
- Identify and acquire new customers throughout Spain.
- Generate a healthy pipeline of opportunities within:
- Cosmetics & Fragrance.
- Develop and execute territory growth plans.
- Conduct cold calling, networking, lead generation, and industry prospecting activities.
- Participate in trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
- Maintain regular market intelligence on competitors, customers, industry trends, and emerging opportunities.

New Product Development (NPD) Opportunities
- Generate new product development inquiries from existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer packaging requirements and communicate technical requirements clearly to the PGP India development teams.
- Coordinate customer briefings, concept discussions, design reviews, feasibility assessments, and project milestones.
- Ensure timely communication on project status and development timelines.

4. Sales & Revenue Responsibility
- Achieve annual sales revenue targets and profitability objectives for Spain.
- Develop accurate sales forecasts and business plans.
- Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and business terms within company guidelines.
- Identify opportunities to increase product mix and customer share of wallet.
- Ensure achievement of sales KPIs and growth objectives.
