MediaMint is looking for an
Ad Success Representative
to support an esteemed client in the digital advertising space. This high-impact role combines
strategic account management, campaign operations, and client partnership
.

What you’ll do:

• Manage 3–4 client partners and build strong, trust-based relationships

• Lead weekly client check-ins and provide proactive recommendations

• Coordinate with Ad Operations to manage campaigns, tickets, and QA

• Support Direct IO, Programmatic, and Self-Serve campaign processes

• Analyze campaign performance and turn metrics into actionable insights

• Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering teams to improve workflows

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Ad Ops, or a similar client-facing role

• Strong communication, analytical,



and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Salesforce, Google Sheets/Excel, Slack, and customer support platforms

• Ability to manage complex workflows and shifting priorities

• Experience in digital advertising is a plus

• Proficiency in
Italian / French / Spanish and English
