We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Lead with strong end-to-end Order-to-Cash knowledge. You'll be the senior SD point of contact on an established global S/4HANA template, working closely with Business Process Owners, business stakeholders, IT teams and SAP implementation partners.

This is a senior, hands-on SD role on a template that is already live. It combines deep functional expertise with clear communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

- Be the main SD contact for Business Process Owners: understand their requirements, explain solution options and keep them informed.
- Analyse business and local requirements against the integral template and recommend the right approach.

- Lead SD enhancements, change requests and continuous improvement on the live template.
- Own SD incident and service request resolution, including root-cause analysis of complex issues.
- Work with SAP implementation partners and systems integrators to make sure SD changes are delivered to the right standard.
- Make sure SD integrates properly with FI, MM, logistics and connected systems.
- Support country rollouts and deployments with testing, cutover and hypercare.
- Guide and support other SD consultants and key users.

Experience Required
- 8+ years SAP SD experience, with strong end-to-end OTC knowledge.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution expertise.
- Previous experience as an SD Lead, Functional Lead, Senior SD Consultant or similar.
- Experience supporting a live global template or multi-country S/4HANA environment.
- Hands-on depth in pricing, billing, delivery, credit management
