As Planner / Scheduler, you will lead advanced planning and scheduling to support major projects and multi-project programs. You’ll implement scheduling strategies, develop WBS/CBS with project teams, and perform risk- and schedule-driven analyses to protect milestones. Your work drives progress reporting, bottleneck mitigation, and resource planning, contributing to project objectives within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. This role offers the chance to shape delivery on high-impact initiatives in real estate and infrastructure.

• Implement planning/scheduling strategy and procedures aligned with company and contractor roles
• Develop and align WBS and CBS with project leads and controls leads
• Prepare staffing, engineering, construction progress reports and customized outputs
• Perform probabilistic, critical path, and schedule risk analyses




• Analyze deviations from baseline schedules and propose corrective actions
• Contribute to Monthly Project Reports and other project-specific presentations
• Assess schedule impact of changes and variances
• Prepare resourcing plans for all project phases and advise on peak leveling

Responsabilidades
• Expert experience in project controls and time/schedule management
• Primavera P6 experience (preferred)
• Ability to consolidate multiple schedule xghoner inputs into a master schedule and generate status reports
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Strong drive to add value and build solutions
• Ability to build good working relationships with project teams
