As Hospital Affairs Lead, you will drive Spain-wide sales strategy for Rhythm’s rare MC4R product, partnering with external experts and payers to improve patient access and care. You’ll shape omnichannel engagement, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and support national programs that enhance patient management and referrals. This role blends commercial execution with scientific advocacy, anchored in Rhythm’s mission to transform outcomes for patients with rare diseases. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable growth while upholding ethics and compliance.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Own regional sales responsibility for Rhythm’s product in Spain
• Build partnerships with external experts, payers, and multidisciplinary stakeholders
• Deliver growth in the Spanish market and support expansion of care and patient programs
• Facilitate referral pathways between peripheral sites and prescribing centers




• Lead an omnichannel, segment-focused customer approach
• Plan, track, and report territory performance (account plans)
• Drive outcomes-focused discussions on clinical data benefits for patients
• Identify and contribute to key projects (e.g., national meetings)
• Gather and share customer/environmental insights for patient management
• Lead or support regional and national conferences and local educational meetings
• Conduct ongoing market, customer, and competitor observations
• Use CRM for business planning
• Ensure compliance, ethics, and law compliance

Responsabilidades
• Academic degree (science or economy)
• MBA, PharmD or PhD a plus
• ≥5 years of pharma/biotech sales experience in Spain with a track record
• Orphan drugs/specialty care experience preferred
