In this role you work as a trusted advisor for cybersecurity customers, combining technical expertise with strategic engagement to maximize security investments. You will guide post-sale onboarding, accelerate value delivery, and translate technical risks into business outcomes. You collaborate with security teams, IT leadership, and executives to drive adoption, renewals, and long-term success. You’ll leverage threat intelligence to provide tailored guidance and influence cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical advisor and trusted partner for assigned customers
• Build relationships with security, IT leadership, and executive sponsors
• Translate security challenges into business-focused recommendations
• Drive adoption and long-term success through strategic account planning
• Lead executive business reviews and ongoing strategic discussions




• Provide endpoint security expertise and best practices across deployments
• Own onboarding and post-sale deployment plans with cross-functional teams
• Guide deployments, integrations, configuration optimization, and adoption initiatives
• Analyze customer environments to improve security posture and product usage
• Design and deliver enablement programs for customer security teams
• Utilize threat intelligence to offer actionable security guidance aligned with customer strategy
• Communicate roadmap developments to align with security objectives
• Collaborate with Support, Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to resolve issues
• Own and drive resolution of critical escalations and communicate proactively
• Identify risks to satisfaction and develop mitigation plans
• Support sales with account growth, retention, and advocacy
• Report on CS metrics (NRR, adoption, CSAT/NPS, renewal
