As Client Partner, you drive value for large accounts by managing the customer journey and ensuring satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll align sales, delivery, and consulting to secure growth, orchestrate presales and contract negotiations, and work with PMs to deliver profitable outcomes. You’ll lead consultations for future needs, identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and guide teams through delivery risks. This role sits at the intersection of sales, consulting, and program management in a high-impact CXM environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage client interactions across the Customer Journey Map to boost satisfaction and loyalty
• Lead negotiation, preparation, and presentation of commercial offers during presales
• Share client strategy and digital transformation roadmap with PMs; coordinate when multiple PMs are involved
• Collaborate with PM/DM throughout projects; attend progress demos and management meetings




• Monitor project progress; manage budget and timeline deviations; identify risks and mitigation plans
• Identify Up u0026 Cross-Selling opportunities and support post-project value realization
• Lead end-of-project retrospectives; capture learnings and success stories
• Assist in team allocation and workload planning; communicate hiring needs to HR if required
• Ensure delivery commitment and quality; alert operations on potential deviations
• Communicate client needs and align with project scope and profitability

Responsabilidades
• Large xghoner account management experience
• Experience across cloud and enterprise technology ecosystems (Salesforce is a plus)
• Experience in education and public sector is a plus
• At least 6 years in business/technology consulting
• Project management experience
• Experience in digital and international projects
• High level of English
