In this role you will serve as the Total Rewards Partner for EMEA and APAC, aligning compensation, benefits, wellbeing, EVP, and mobility programs with local needs within a global framework. You will collaborate with global and regional stakeholders to localize policies while ensuring compliance and business relevance. You’ll support strategic pay decisions, market benchmarking, and the employee experience across diverse markets. This is a chance to shape how Jet Aviation attracts, rewards, and engages talent on an international stage.

• Act as trusted subject matter expert for total rewards across EMEA and APAC
• Localize global total rewards policies to country-specific requirements
• Support salary offers, market pricing, and pay decisions with benchmarking




• Enhance wellbeing programs and embed the employee value proposition
• Oversee regional benefits renewals and partner management
• Support merit, bonus, and equity cycles and contribute to Mu0026A due diligence
• Deliver total rewards communications and training to managers and staff

Responsabilidades
• Solid experience in total rewards, compensation, and/or benefits xghoner
• Ability to balance consistency with local relevance across multiple countries
• Strong communication skills to translate complex topics
• Analytical and commercial mindset for data-driven decisions
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (SAP, Workday, Oracle) and Microsoft Office
• Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
