As a Technical Account Manager at Datadog, you empower large customers to realize measurable value from our observability platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, guiding adoption, optimization, and expansion across pre- and post-sales and renewal cycles. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate IT operations into business outcomes, driving successful outcomes at scale. This role blends technical depth with strategic customer engagement in a hybrid, collaborative culture.

Responsabilidades
• Solid technical grounding in IT Operations
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure or GCP
• Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Javascript, Ruby, Perl, Go, PHP)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Gitlab)
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher)
• Ability to travel up to 30% and xghoner sit at client sites for up to 4 hours
• Previous TAM experience with mid-market/enterprise cloud customers
• Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools
