The IT department is the main responsible for supporting our employees mainly focusing on our call center which they operate in several time zones.
We are seeking a talented IT Support Technician who would like to continue with the quality on-site or remote support that will be provided to all types of users, and they will be provided with the tools they need.
Prepare Windows / Linux / macOS computers.
Basic knowledge of networking.
Experience with Windows 10 and the Office suite, we also value knowledge about macOS and Linux support level.
We value knowledge about Jira, Unifi.




Required English fluent level.
CCNA, CFGM SMX or higher. Additionally, we propose the use of adaptable compensation management for diet, transportation, private health insurance with Cobee.
