You will be the dedicated full-time owner of this area: managing contract renewals, preparing and executing negotiations, initiating conversations with new vendors, and keeping every agreement and its terms under control.
What You'll DoOwn the full vendor lifecycle: sourcing and evaluating new providers,



onboarding, relationship management, renewals, and offboarding.
Prepare and execute contract negotiations: research market rates, build negotiation strategies, and secure better pricing and terms across our vendor base.
Manage renewals proactively: track dates, review terms in advance, and ensure no contract auto-renews on unfavorable conditions.
Build and maintain a central vendor and contract registry, with clear, automated workflows for tracking agreements, terms, owners, and obligations.
Monitor vendor performance and compliance: SLAs, deliverables, and contractual obligations, resolving issues before they become problems.
Partner with internal stakeholders to understand needs, consolidate overlapping tools and services, and give leadership clear visibility into vendor spend and savings.
