The Success Factors Solution Architect is responsible for designing and governing the overall integration architecture for SAP Success Factors and providing Employee Central (EC) functional support. This is a non-developer role with focus on architecture, process understanding, data modelling, and ensuring that Success Factors integrates seamlessly with the broader HR and enterprise landscape. This role also supports Success Factors Employee Central in the areas of business configuration, business rules, permissions, data loads and general support.
Focus on integration concepts, data flows, and interface specifications based on business and technical requirements. Ensure integration solutions follow best practices for security, performance, error handling, and monitoring. Core HR processes (hire, termination, job changes, position management) Business configuration (data models, workflows, business rules, picklists) MDF objects and effective-dated data structures Provide functional guidance on EC configuration and its impact on integrations and downstream systems.



Support data load activities (e.mass changes, cutover loads) by defining templates, validation rules, and data quality checks.
Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and compliance across all integrated systems. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with HR, IT, external vendors, and implementation partners to translate business needs into scalable solution designs. End-to-end responsibility from #Tech side during project phases such as blueprinting, testing, cutover, and hypercare.
Quality Assurance & Compliance Ensure all integrations and EC configurations comply with data privacy, security, and audit requirements in close collaboration with the SAP Basis team Review functional and technical specifications, test plans, and integration test results. Maintain clear documentation of solution architecture, data flows, and key design decisions.
