We are looking for a Senior IT Project Manager to lead a integral eQMS consolidation and transformation program, bringing the current quality management landscape from five different platforms into a single harmonized solution. Lead the global eQMS consolidation program, transitioning from multiple existing quality management systems toward a single harmonized Veeva-based platform.
Coordinate cross-functional activities across Quality, IT, business, technical teams, vendors,



and individual sites.
Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, issues, and decision-making across multiple workstreams.
Support harmonization of quality processes and workflows across different sites while balancing global standards with site-specific needs.
Drive technical and organizational readiness for multi-site implementation and deployment.
Manage migration and transition activities from legacy systems including TrackWise, SciLife, MasterControl, and Lotus Notes.
Ensure effective stakeholder communication and alignment across global and local teams.
Improve visibility and collaboration for internal stakeholders and customers through standardized processes and a consolidated quality management platform.
Support the long-term scalability and future readiness of the global eQMS solution.
