We are seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Regional Business Manager (m/f/d) to support the expansion of NI's Electrical Machinery business across EMEA. Focus will be on identifying and driving EM business in EMEA country hotspots by collaborating with Sales and marketing functions across all channels (direct, Distributor and System Integration Partner). This role offers an opportunity to build and execute the EMEA Electrical Machinery strategy, own strategic initiatives, work with experienced leaders, and further develop commercial and technical acumen in a dynamic environment. The idóneo candidate brings a strong interest in business development, driving execution, a collaborative mindset, and foundational experience and knowledge of NI products and applications. Lead customer and partner engagements, including demonstrations, presentations, and technical discussions that clearly communicate the value of Emerson and NI solutions for Electrical Machinery applications.




Gather customer and market insights to improve product-market alignment and support future product and business development decisions.
Conduct market analysis, opportunity assessment, and prioritization activities to guide strategic growth initiatives across Electrical Machinery segments within EMEA.
Coordinate cross-functional go-to-market activities and scalable growth programs to expand market reach and business impact.
Support internal sales teams by identifying and recommending partner-led solutions that align with Electrical Machinery applications and customer requirements.
Build awareness within target accounts, identify emerging opportunities, and develop effective engagement strategies to drive business growth.
Experience developing business, market, or commercial growth strategies within industrial technology, test and measurement, automation, electrical machinery, or related industries.
