At Preply Business we are looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist that will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to support our go‐to‐market teams. Onboarding & Continuous Training Design, deliver,



and continuously improve onboarding programs for SDRs, Sales, and Post‐Sales teams to accelerate ramp‐up and productivity Build ongoing enablement frameworks that reinforce skills, process discipline, product knowledge, and tool mastery Collaborate with managers to ensure every team member stays sharp on messaging, methodology, and execution consistency
Turning strategy into Adoption Translate process changes, GTM innovations, and product updates into structured enablement plans and bite‐sized training assets (guides, micro‐learnings, certifications). We currently use the SPICED qualification framework across the sales funnel. Build clear rollout and measurement frameworks that track adoption and performance impact Partner with RevOps & product teams to ensure alignment between process design and field execution
Coaching Through Insights Leverage our toolstack (Outreach, Salesforce, Attention, Vitally) to identify behavioral and skill gap
