Are you passionate about fashion and excited to drive the technical launch of our rapidly expanding retail stores across Europe?

We’re seeking an energetic IT Support (Junior/mid) – Retail with an innovative mindset and a passion for ensuring seamless daily operations across our physical stores and leading the on-site technical setup for new international openings.

Your role

● Provide daily technical support for store operations, including POS/Shopify POS, hardware, networks, printers, and devices.

● Travel bi-monthly to configure and deploy technology for new store openings, setting up connectivity, cameras, and POS systems.

● Support the rollout of Project Tango, including store laptops, Live View camera setups, and Store Manager checklists.

● Act as the critical bridge between IT and Store Managers, training them on essential tools and technical processes.

● Document standard store setups and recurring issues while supporting future in-store tech projects like RFID and stock control.

What we’re looking for

● 2 to 3 years of technical support experience, ideally in retail or multi-site environments, with a background in IT, systems, or telecommunications.

● Solid basic knowledge of networks and hardware,



with a bonus for experience in Shopify POS, IP cameras, or prior store openings.

● A proactive, communicative problem-solver who can effectively troubleshoot remotely and collaborate with non-technical teams.

● Fluency in Spanish and English, with Italian or Portuguese highly valued.
