We are looking for a Senior B2B Digital & Data Manager to work with a leading company on B2B digital marketing and engagement strategy, with a special focus on CRM. The role requires a senior profile combining B2B digital strategy, CRM, customer data and analytics, with the ability to transform customer information into actionable engagement, personalisation and activation strategies.
B2B Digital Marketing & Engagement Strategy
Define and evolve the end-to-end B2B digital marketing and engagement strategy for veterinary professionals, focusing on CRM.
Identify engagement opportunities across digital touchpoints, marketing and business communications.




Ensure engagement initiatives support commercial objectives and customer needs.
Customer & Data Strategy
Translate fragmented customer data into actionable insights, segmentation and next-best-action opportunities.
Identify data gaps and recommend actions to improve customer understanding and activation readiness.
Define data requirements for Digital, CRM and activation use cases.
Align customer data strategy with engagement goals and technology capabilities.
Digital, CRM & Activation
Define Digital and CRM use cases, automation opportunities and activation priorities.
