What you'll be responsible forForecast Management: Develop and maintain accurate short-, medium-, and long-term demand forecasts using machine learning models / AI driven forecasting tools, market intelligence, and cross-functional inputs. S&OP; Leadership: Lead the demand planning component of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process, ensuring alignment across commercial, supply, and finance functions.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to gather insights on promotions,



product launches, and market trends.
Lead the link to service provider teams for short term service as well as demand planning.
Performance Monitoring: Service and Inventory Optimization: Support inventory planning by balancing service levels, working capital, and supply constraints while minimizing business waste.
Data & Systems: Leverage planning tools (Kinaxis), AI agents, analytics platforms to drive data-driven decisions.
