OverviewAs a Senior Account Manager, you will grow AVEVA's Operations & Optimization portfolio across Iberia by expanding strategic accounts and winning new customers. You will build trusted executive relationships and translate business needs into value-led software that delivers measurable operational impact. You'll lead cross-functional efforts to drive renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and new logos, while shaping an Iberia territory plan with clear forecasting. ResponsabilidadesOwn and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts in Spain and Portugal, driving renewals, upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Identify, qualify and win new logo opportunities through proactive prospecting and targeted account planning. Build and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders (C-level) and key influencers across customer organizations.



Lead the end-to-end sales cycle (discovery, value positioning, proposals, negotiation and closing) in partnership with internal teams. Requisitos principales10+ years of successful B2B industrial software sales experience (enterprise/strategic accounts), ideally in Spain and/or Portugal. Strong industrial market understanding (operations-focused environments) with the ability to speak credibly with technical and business audiences. Fluency in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a strong advantage).
