We are looking for a Scrum Master to contribute in a project with one of our integral customers in wealth management. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects with talented colleagues in an international environment while developing your domain knowledge working for a top company.

Work model is hybrid in Madrid (3 days at the office, 2 WFH), feel free to apply if you are also open for relocation

Understanding of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, or similar).
- Familiarity with software development and delivery environments.
- A deep technical background is not required,



but the candidate should have a working understanding of: Software releases and deployment processes, testing activities, Incident and problem management processes.

3 years in Scrum Framework Agile Delivery, Agile Ceremonies Facilitation, Stakeholder Management, Impediment Dependency Management
- Fluent in English.
