Description

Builds and owns the end-to-end Telco customer lifecycle and loyalty blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal, driving engagement, customer value, retention, service communication, and cross-/upsell opportunities throughout the customer relationship.

Your Tasks

• End-to-end lifecycle blueprint from onboarding to pre-renewal
• Definition of post-purchase and always-on campaigns
• Ownership of onboarding communication and feature education
• Development of cross- and upsell logic during contract life
• Coordination of implementation with campaign, digital, compliance, and country teams
• Alignment of lifecycle logic with proposition, retention, and CX/NPS insights
• Integration of Telco use cases into the existing Loyalty ecosystem
• Best-practice sharing and standardization across countries
• Tracking and optimization of business case performance throughout the customer lifecycle

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, Marketing, CRM, Digital Business, or similar
• Experience in lifecycle management, CRM, and customer engagement




• Experience translating journeys into campaigns and communications
• Strong understanding of in-life value creation
• Experience in loyalty programs, customer retention, or customer value management
• Experience in telecommunications, mobile subscriptions, or related subscription-based businesses is strongly preferred
• International and cross-functional experience is beneficial but not required
