Position Description

The Business Development Manager (BDM)



is responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding market share within the physician and medical aesthetics marketplace. This role focuses on consultative selling of advanced anti-aging and skincare solutions, building long-term partnerships, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The BDM manages the full sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building to post-sale implementation and account optimization—while ensuring compliance and profitability.

This position supports the Austin/south Texas area of our Southwest territory, and candidates must reside within Austin, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales objectives through strategic planning and disciplined execution.
Develop new business opportunities by identifying, qualifying, and converting prospective accounts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practice managers, and key decision-makers to drive product adoption and loyalty.
