As a Digital Account Executive, you will be the Growth Architect for a portfolio of Corporate customers within Small, Medium Enterprises & Channel (SME&C;). You will help customers accelerate their AI and digital transformation by connecting their business priorities with Microsoft Cloud, Security, Data, AI, Modern Work, and Business Applications solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with business and technology decision makers, create new growth opportunities, and orchestrate Microsoft teams and partners across the customer lifecycle. Using AI-powered insights, digital engagement, and consultative selling,



you will drive customer value, revenue growth, consumption, expansion, and renewal outcomes.

Responsibilities
Customer Strategy and Business Leadership

• Develop and execute territory and account growth plans aligned to customer business priorities.

• Build trusted-advisor relationships with senior business and technology stakeholders.

• Lead business-outcome conversations focused on AI transformation, productivity, security, and innovation.

• Identify whitespace opportunities and accelerate customer digital transformation initiatives.

Sales Execution and Pipeline Management

• Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle, including qualification, pursuit, closing, deployment, consumption, expansion,
