Work with senior engineers to ensure architectural consistency. Accountable for the reliability, availability,



and security of our systems. Ensure all systems have appropriate support, SLAs, on-call rotas, and documentation.
Delivery Management Responsible for the delivery of your team, planning sprints, and overseeing project health. Assess the criticality of unplanned work, minimizing context-switching and unnecessary pressure. Balance team capacity with roadmap demands. Instill urgency to find a balance between velocity and quality. Ensure all incidents are owned. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between engineering and product, partnering with your counterpart in product to ensure full alignment.
