Accountabilities

Integral talent sourcing: Identify, map, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates across major technology hubs worldwide, including both active and passive talent.

AI-first recruitment: Leverage AI agents, sourcing platforms, technical communities, and unconventional channels to develop efficient and innovative recruitment strategies.

Talent relationship management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospective candidates to create strong talent pipelines ahead of future hiring needs.

Candidate experience: Own the candidate journey from initial contact through offer and closing, ensuring every interaction is professional, transparent, respectful, and engaging.

Candidate assessment: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate technical capabilities, experience, motivation, and cultural alignment, providing clear and actionable feedback to hiring managers and leadership.
