Responsibilities
- Provide in-theatre technical support and clinical expertise during surgical procedures
- Deliver product training and educational sessions to surgeons, nurses, and operating room staff
- Support sales representatives on customer visits and account development activities
- Manage consignment stock logistics and coordinate procedure planning with hospitals
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and provide market feedback to support strategy

Requirements
- Full knowledge of orthopedic or surgical product portfolio
- Understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and surgical techniques
- Proven training and presentation skills for healthcare professionals
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout assigned territory
