Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities: receiving, put-away, storage, picking, packing and shipping
- Provide hands-on guidance to material handlers and support team onboarding and training
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control practices and cycle counting procedures
- Ensure compliance with dangerous goods regulations and warehouse safety standards




- Identify operational improvements and support process improvement initiatives

Requirements
- Minimum 4 years warehouse, distribution or material handling operations experience
- At least 1 year in lead, coordination or similar leadership capacity
- Experience in logistics, distribution, supply chain or related operations environment
- Knowledge of dangerous goods handling and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency with warehouse management and ERP systems
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S, Kaizen)
