Siegfried seeks a motivated intern to support its Integral Talent Acquisition team in Barcelona for a one-year placement. The role involves managing international recruitment processes, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining recruitment metrics across multiple countries and business functions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes and publish job advertisements across multiple platforms
- Screen CVs, shortlist candidates, and schedule initial interviews based on role requirements
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System
- Prepare recruitment reports, candidate pipelines, and hiring performance metrics




- Support employer branding initiatives and ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with concurrent master's enrollment in HR, talent acquisition, or related field
- Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken; German is advantageous
- Previous talent acquisition and recruitment experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and resilience in dynamic environments
- Proactive learner and team player with customer-oriented mindset
