Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate efforts to meet objectives
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Engage stakeholders to manage expectations and ensure alignment with goals
- Prepare and present project reports, status updates, and performance metrics

Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years clinical trial management experience at CRO or pharmaceutical organization
- Bachelor's degree in health, life sciences, or related field
- 10+ years relevant clinical trial management experience
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Experience managing complex or general trials
- Leadership skills with ability to motivate and empower team members
- Strong operational execution and study delivery capabilities
